John Setiadi Tan, AIA, NCARB

President, Principal Architect

John Setiadi is the founder of Setiadi Architects LLC in Guam; Setiadi Architects Hawaii LLC; and Architect Pacific, Inc. in CNMI. He graduated from the University of Oregon, College of Architecture, started practicing in Arizona, and relocated to Guam in 1991. While John’s passion is in design, he equally excels in management, with a particular appreciation for collaborative effort and teamwork. In designing buildings, furniture, or any other products, he draws on the qualities of clean lines, functionality, and well balanced proportionality to define his work. He believes in crafting architecture as purposeful art that is aesthetically pleasing and worthy of experience, comfort and enjoyment.
